We love our new drinking water filter system! It has been a few weeks now and my only regret is that we didn’t get this done sooner. I knew my water tasted bad but I didn’t realize how bad until now. Even my children notice the difference and commented that the ice cubes don't smell or taste funny anymore. We are all drinking so much more wonderful pure water not something that smells like it came from my swimming pool. I felt guilty about my family drinking city water that was so heavily chlorinated and I was concerned about what other unhealthy things might be lurking in every glass they drank so I was purchasing bottled water and lots of it, we would go through cases every week. Taking the cost of bottled water into consideration it won’t be long before our water system pays for itself plus I don’t miss lugging those heavy cases of water home trying to find storage space for them in my pantry and fridge and filling up bags of empty plastic bottles for the recycle bin.
As you know, in addition to the drinking water system we had you install a whole house de-chlorinator. Over time my skin has become sensitive and intolerant to chlorine so much so that I couldn’t wash my face using tap water without having a reaction that looked like and acted like sunburn, the skin on my eyelids would actually peel. Now I can freely take a long hot shower without any skin reaction and as an unexpected bonus I notice a big improvement in the way my hair feels, the way my laundry smells even my house plants are happier.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank your plumbers who installed the systems. It was not an easy install but they were resourceful and installed the systems from the basement without having to make visible holes in any walls or ceilings. They were able to connect my refrigerator icemaker and water dispenser in addition to the spigot at my sink. They were efficient, polite and very respectful of my home.
I would and do happily recommend the team at Windsor Pure & Clean to anyone who is considering taking this step to better health.

Whole House Syste
We had seen the display of the Kinetico System at Costco and had Tarek come to our home to view and in detail, explain the “whole house system” to us. We had been looking about for a system for our home and this one appeared to have it all. At Different times when talking, Tarek told us that there would be savings in many areas. There are several differences we have noticed in only a very short time. There is a noticeable difference in the feeling of our skin once out of the shower. There is no need to any longer use body lotion. When shaving, Greg uses, by far, less shave cream and I do not use any at all. The soap or body wash on your skin “feels” like lotion whether showering or just washing your hands at the sink. Less shampoo is required when washing your hair and little, if, hair conditioner. I have noticed there is less cleaning of the stainless sinks in the kitchen-no water spots and to Greg’s delight, no water spots on the car once he’s washed it! One area I am still working on is adjusting the amount of laundry soap because there is very little required and I have not quite finalized that amount. Most importantly, there is a difference in the taste of food and water. Coffee is amazing...and there are no particulates visible and no chlorine in the water. Chlorine will alter the taste of vegetables as well as the texture and that does not occur. The above mentioned differences have become noticeable in only a two week period.
We were very impressed at the time we look at the system and are very pleased with it and the look of it. When installed, every little detail was considered and all went along with great consideration and neatness. (All women are pleased when neatness is considered when installation of ANYTHING is done)
We also had the Sterilight UV disinfection lamp put in as well to protect against any bacteria in the water with the increasing numbers of “alerts” each year we don’t need to be concerned.

My original demonstration of water quality was from a door to door salesman from Healthy Home. His presentation was great but the price was crazy! He wanted $2800.00 for the product that you sell for $1200.00 Originally he said the product sold for $7500.00 and that he gave me a friends + family discount so i was getting a great deal. Fortunately my boyfriend knows a guy who bought a system from Windsor Pure Water. We immediately called him and asked how much he paid. Of course we kicked the salesman out of our home and the following day i went to your store. I was amazed at the quality of the water and how soft it made my hands feel. I could just imagine what it would be like to take a shower in that water! Anyways the product was installed two days later. I cook with it wash my face and brush my teeth with it. And my dog loves the taste. He refuses to drink regular water. Another thing I noticed is that my acid reflux is much better under control. I take very little medication now and I believe the regular tap water caused it. Eventually I would love to get the whole house softened. But as for now I am extremely happy with it. I tell everyone I know about it. I thought I drank a lot of water before, now I know i drink a lot because it smells and tastes great!
